A simple effective practice used in both ancient and modern traditions for cleansing the nasal
passages. The use of the small porcelain pot with a narrow spout call a Neti Pot.  It allows
saline or herbal solution to flow into the nostril, around the spectrum and out the other nostril,
meanwhile dissolving mucus and washing pollen and environmental contaminants out of the
nasal passages.  The wash is soothing, pleasant, and it is an ideal practice for those who suffer
from colds allergies or sinus problems.  The nasal wash is used by practicing yoga meditation
to help ensure proper breath through both nostrils.
